The Potomac Highlands of West Virginia is home to some of the most beautiful mountainous scenery anywhere, and what better way is there to enjoy than cycling throughout the region and helping the community with each pedal.  This is the philosophy of the Potomac Highlands Cyclists.  No matter if you are a beginner, expert, or even a walker, we have a home for you!

By joining us for the
 
Marge Wade Annual Fall Memorial Recreational Walk/Bike Event:

Pedals for Paws



All proceeds from this event will go to the Potomac Highlands Animal Rescue.

We will begin and end at the Moorefield Voluteer Fire Company Bingo Hall located at 225 Jefferson Street in Moorefield, WV.

Walkers can enjoy the well maintained and even terrain of the track at the Moorefield Town Park or the lovely streets of Moorefield.

All other events will take place at the MVFC Bingo Hall.

All registered by August 5, 2011 will receive a free event t-shirt.  Registration will stay open until
the day of the event.

All riders must be 18 years of age or older.

Schedule of Events 

Registration for Walkers - All Day
Registration for Cyclists - 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM

Silent Auction - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Food - 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Live Music - All Day

Inoculation Clinic - 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Pet Grooming Presentations - 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM

Dog Agility Presentations - 9:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 1:30 PM

Rambo the Therapy Dog - 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM

Pet Photo Contest - All Day
